John Cascarano is an experienced attorney, brand founder and entrepreneur. John has founded or co-founded multiple companies and served in various roles from CEO to Counsel. He formerly practiced law at an AmLaw 100 firm as a commercial real estate lawyer. John earned his BA degree in English from Duke University in 2001 and JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004. John is a member of the State Bars of Tennessee and Georgia and is also active in The Fifty.

Nathan Stoops began his real estate career in Nashville, focusing on land development and residential construction. His leadership and track record quickly attracted capital, fueling rapid growth across middle Tennessee and northern Alabama. After multiple successful projects, he co-founded Eclipse Construction Group with a Nashville-based GC. As Chief Business Officer, Nathan led capital raising and deal structuring, helping drive over $60M in residential development within two years. He is also a founding member of The Community For Good 501(c)(3), a faith-based nonprofit he launched with his wife, Ashley. They split time between Nashville and Smith Lake, AL, with their two Boston Terriers.
