John Cascarano is an attorney, brand founder and entrepreneur. He has founded or co-founded multiple companies and served in roles from CEO to counsel, and formerly practised commercial real estate law at an AmLaw 100 firm. John earned a BA in English from Duke University in 2001 and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004. He is a member of the State Bars of Tennessee and Georgia, and is active in the Nashville chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization. He co-owns two campgrounds.

Rob is a seasoned corporate development executive with 30+ years of experience driving growth, raising capital, and building strategic partnerships. His career includes leadership roles with the Country Music Association, advising the City of Nashville on the Houston Oilers relocation to become the Tennessee Titans, holding a Series 7 NASD license with Merrill Lynch and Equitable Securities, and raising several hundred million dollars from high-net-worth investors in more than 50 healthcare joint ventures. A native Nashvillian, he lives in Franklin, Tennessee, and has been appointed to the Metro Sports Authority Board by Tennessee Governor Bill Lee.

Nathan Stoops is a real estate investor, developer, and builder based in Middle TN and Northern Alabama. Since beginning his Nashville career in 2019, Nathan has been a builder partner, managing partner, or limited partner in dozens of new construction projects. As the former Chief Business Officer of a boutique construction company, Nathan drove the acquisition and funding of over $50M of new construction development in the first two years of company growth. Currently, as a managing partner, Nathan oversees a 9-figure portfolio of new-construction and land-development projects. Nathan and his wife Ashley split their time between Nashville TN and Smith Lake in Cullman County AL.

Experienced executive and business leader with a track record across nearly every C-suite function, combining corporate leadership with more than 15 years in commercial banking. As President of Cygnal, he led day-to-day operations across Cygnal, The Decision Co., and Response, helping drive 4x revenue growth, more than tripling the team, and earning recognition on the Inc. 5000.
