Where We Operate

We buy, build and lend in markets we can reach, staff and visit regularly. The list follows that rule rather than a region — which is why it runs from the Gulf through the Mountain West to the Pacific rather than clustering in one corner of the map.

If you are working somewhere that is not on this list, it is worth asking anyway. The constraint is whether we can be there often enough to be useful, not where the state line falls.
